We’ve given Showbie’s Support page a complete makeover, creating a more user-friendly space where you can quickly find the answers to any Showbie related questions you might have on any mobile device.
At the top of the page is our new search feature that auto-populates with articles once you’ve typed in a topic or concern.
We’ve also separated articles by user type, making it easier for specific user groups to browse common support topics that may be relevant to them. Now teachers, students and even parents will be able to search and source targeted answers.
Finally, we’ve created sub-categories for other popular support articles, including Admin (for admin users), Tech (for technical issues) and App Smashing, a section that helps you find out more about how certain apps work with Showbie.
Of course, if you’re unable to find the answer to your question or concern on our Support page, our team is always available to help you out.
